Impact Lab

Welcome to the Uncharted frontier. AI-assisted work is new territory, and the people who learn to navigate it now are the ones who'll shape what comes next.

This is the Impact Lab Field Guide: your home throughout Impact Lab, and the key resource to help you explore this new frontier. Everything you need is here: your curriculum, your schedule, and answers to your questions.

You are in a Track based on your experience level.

You will go through Impact Lab with a small Team of attendees at a similar experience level. Several Teams share a room, a Facilitator, and a schedule. That room is your Cohort.

Each Cohort will go through four Sessions.

The Impact Lab at a Glance

Every Session follows the same rhythm:

  • Lessons teach new concepts through structured curriculum. Your Team works through the material together, pacing yourselves so everyone arrives ready to build.
  • Challenges put those concepts into practice through a building challenge. Every Team takes their own path, with room for creativity and different approaches. Each Challenge builds on the last, and by the end your Team ships a single demoable product.
  • Reflections bring the whole Cohort back together to debrief what you learned.

Your Facilitator leads the cohort, facilitating the timing of Lessons, Challenges, and Reflections for your track.

Intermediate

Doer → Delegator. You're already producing work with AI assistants, but still reviewing everything manually. This track levels you up from prompting to professional delegation: user stories, skills, automated testing, parallel workstreams.
